Windproof and water-repellent softshell vest with light padding. Stand-up collar with storm flap. Adjustable hem with drawstring and a longer back for a better fit. Two side pockets and one front pocket with zip and a heat-sealed Utility-branded print. Reflective details for better visibility. Inner 3D mesh inserts with opening on rear yoke for better breathability.
